EXCHANGES/RETURNS EXCHANGES/RETURNS: To return merchandise that you purchased from Affordable Leather Co., you may either exchange it for another product or return same for a store credit within ten (10) days of purchase provided that the merchandise is in original condition and hang tags are still attached and you have the store receipt. Sorry, but we are unable to take back merchandise that has been worn or is otherwise not in original condition (cigarette smoke, cigarette burns or other types of consumer damage). There will be a 25% restocking charge for any merchandise exchanged/returned to Affordable Leather Co. after the ten (10) day deadline. No exchanges/returns accepted after thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES GIFT CARDS: Gift Cards are available for purchase in any denomination you wish. Purchased Gift Cards expire in 12 months. We sometimes give Gift Cards as door prizes which have an expiration date of thirty (30) days following the event at which it was awarded.

LAYAWAYS LAYAWAYS: Layaways are available with a 20% minimum down payment with payments made a minimum of every thirty (30) days until paid in full. We hold layaways for a maximum of 60 days.

NSF CHECKS/DECLINED CREDIT CARDS NSF CHECKS/DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: WARNING: Do you have sufficient funds to cover your check or credit card purchase? Affordable Leather Co. will charge a fee of $35.00 for each NSF check and/or declined credit card. If your check is returned or your credit card declined for any reason, you will be contacted to replace the check or credit card with a money order for the original amount plus a $35.00 NSF fee. If it is not replaced within ten (10) days, we will contact the District Attorney’s Office and/or Sheriff’s Office regarding collection and prosecution. We apologize for having to take this action, but we it is a necessary business practice.

SPECIAL ORDERS SPECIAL ORDERS: We will be happy to special order any item(s) upon request. We require a 50% deposit on special ordered items that we do not normally stock. Please allow 2-4 weeks on special orders due to minimum order amount/quantity and the possibility of backordered merchandise.

WARRANTY WARRANTY: Our manufacturers warranty their merchandise for ninety (90) days against manufacturer's defects. Merchandise will either be repaired or replaced, depending upon the nature of the defect. Please be advised that we are unable to warranty items for abuse and/or misuse.
